Santa Runs

2020 Santa Runs

The dates and the list of neighborhoods, subdivisions, and street directions to help describe when and where Santa will visit neighborhoods atop the Burke Volunteer Fire and Rescue Engine Sleigh, are below. To view highlighted maps showing the route that Santa will take, please click on the applicable links below. If your street is not highlighted, please come to the next closest street in order to ensure that you do not miss Santa!

Along with this information, the Santa tracker (via the Glympse App) will be available to track Santa’s movements. The interactive map in the Santa tracker will highlight places Santa has already been. The tracker will show on our Facebook and Twitter pages – please be sure to follow us on both!

Please email Santa@bvfrd.org if you have any questions or concerns about the Santa Runs.

If Santa is unable to visit due to weather or other circumstances, we will do our best to ensure that the run/streets, etc. that were missed are made up. If makeup dates are used, the affected neighborhoods, streets, etc. will be provided here and our Facebook and Twitter pages.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DRIVER MUST MAINTAIN THE SAFETY OF SANTA AND THE CREW AT ALL TIMES. UNLIKE RESPONDING TO AN EMERGENCY OR LANDING ON A ROOF FOR THE BIG SHOW, SANTA CANNOT BE GUARANTEED TO COME DOWN EVERY STREET. PARKED CARS, POWER LINES, LOW BRANCHES, AND TIGHT ROADS WITH LIMITED RADIUS FOR TURN AROUND ARE THE MAIN REASONS FOR BYPASSING AN AREA. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND AS WE BEING OUR HOLIDAY RUNS. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO VISIT EVERY AREA, BUT MUST BALANCE THAT WITH BOTH SAFETY AND TIME CONSTRAINTS.
