We are happy to announce that we will once again be having an IN-PERSON OPEN HOUSE!! Please join on Saturday, October 15 from 10am – 4pm for a fun-filled day of fire prevention education, information, and demonstrations.
We are adding Hands-Only CPR to our activities this year and we’ll have the Burke Lions Club onsite selling lunch.
We will have a fire engine driving simulator where the kids, or those of you that are kids at heart, can sit in the driver’s seat of the engine and “drive” to a call.
We will have a kids firefighter obstacle course where they put on protective gear, climb through tunnels, up a ladder to save a kitten, and then put a “fire” out.
And of course, we’ll have the ever so popular Sparky the Fire Dog walking around, free popcorn, and many other fun activities!
